Lots 1c, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 are available. All lots fall under an Act 250 Land Use umbrella permit as well as a blanket stormwater permit. Each lot will require additional minor permitting prior to development. If a proposed building is higher than 65 feet a height variance will be required from the Town of St. Albans.
Lot 9 is also available and has been pre-permitted for a 50,000 sq. ft. building.
Municipal water and wastewater are available through the City of St. Albans, which has capacity for the expected water and wastewater generated through the development of the park.
The park is serviced by Vermont Gas Systems (VGS) for a company’s natural gas needs. VGS will extend service to those lot with significant need.
